22 Front Street is a seven story, 42-unit condominium residence straddling Old City and Society Hill on South Front Street in Philadelphia. The building is on a fast-growing residential strip along the Delaware River that is seconds from I-95 and the Ben Franklin Bridge, and mere minutes to I-676.
22 Front is inspired by 19th century cast iron work buildings and the facade is constructed with either a 10-ft. floor-to-ceiling glass window wall or brick veneer. The building is designed around a central landscaped courtyard and has southern exposure. It provides easterly views of the Delaware River and westerly views of the Center City skyline. 22 Front offers secure, underground parking for its residents.
22 Front offers one, two, and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from 810 to over 3,000 sq. ft.
